Pastelero/a – Turno 14h a 22h

About the role

We are looking for a motivated pastry chef to join our culinary team in Montevideo. The role focuses on preparing, baking, decorating and presenting high‑quality artisanal products such as alfajores, cakes and desserts during the 14:00‑22:00 shift, including weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare doughs, creams, fillings and toppings according to established recipes.
• Bake, cool and decorate pastries, ensuring consistent taste and visual appeal.
• Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards (BPM) in the work area.
• Control stock of raw materials, report replenishment needs and manage inventory.
• Guarantee that each product meets the company’s quality and presentation criteria.

Required profile

• Previous experience in pastry is desirable but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and follow standardized recipes.
• Availability to work from 14:00 to 22:00 and on weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
