Pastelero/a – Horario 14 a 22

About the role

We are looking for a motivated pastry professional to join our culinary team in Montevideo. The position works the 14:00‑22:00 shift, including weekends, and offers the chance to create high‑quality artisanal desserts for our airport and airline clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare doughs, creams, fillings and toppings according to established recipes.
• Bake, cool and decorate pastries such as alfajores, cakes and other desserts.
• Ensure each product meets our standards for taste, quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic and organized work area in compliance with BPM guidelines.
• Monitor raw‑material stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.

Required profile

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a multicultural environment.
• Availability to work the 14:00‑22:00 shift and on weekends.
• Previous pastry experience is desirable but not mandatory.
