Part‑Time Remote Psychotherapist (Uruguay)

About the role

Spring Health is seeking internationally licensed psychotherapists in Uruguay to join its provider network and deliver remote mental‑health care through a tech‑enabled platform. The role is part‑time, remote, and focuses on treating adults and minors using evidence‑based approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Provide counseling to clients ranging from short‑term EAP sessions to medically necessary ongoing therapy.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date calendar, document sessions promptly, and collaborate with clinical and administrative support teams.

Required profile

• Unrestricted license to practice counseling/psychology in Uruguay with at least 3 years of independent clinical experience.
• Active professional liability insurance and experience treating minors (age 6+).

Required skills

• Proficiency in evidence‑based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CPT.
• Comfort with telehealth technology and ability to conduct safety planning for high‑risk situations.
