Operations Manager - LATAM

About the role

Deel is an all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, combining HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits, performance and equipment management. As an Operations Manager you will own the operational outcome of a portfolio of enterprise customers, making sure they launch successfully and run efficiently as they grow. The role suits early-career operators who enjoy fast-paced environments and complex operational problems.

Key responsibilities

• Own the onboarding and operational delivery for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Payroll, Legal and Support to resolve operational challenges.
• Identify bottlenecks, improve processes and implement scalable solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and deliver a high-quality operational experience.
• Analyse operational data to spot trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to new operational playbooks that improve efficiency across the Operations organisation.

Required profile

• Approximately 1-3 years of professional experience.
• A strong technical or analytical degree, ideally in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Economics or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical ability and a demonstrated track record of learning quickly.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, execution-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Not interested in investment banking or consulting; wants an accelerated career in tech.
