Operario/a Comodín – Turnos 6‑14 – Rotación en Planta Industrial

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Operario/a Comodín to join our industrial food plant in Montevideo. The role involves rotating across multiple production areas according to operational needs, working shifts from 06:00‑14:00 or 10:00‑18:00, and supporting a dynamic, multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate among butchery, hot kitchen, cold kitchen/vegetables, bakery, pastry, and vegetable washing stations.
• Prepare raw materials, assist on production lines, assemble products, and perform packaging tasks.
• Maintain hygiene, BPM, and food‑safety standards; record temperatures and operational controls when required.
• Keep work areas clean and orderly, and adapt to varying production rhythms.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency of the assigned sector each shift.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn diverse tasks and operate in different sectors.
• Availability to rotate areas based on operational demand.
• Commitment to hygiene, safety, and food‑safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience in food‑production plants is desirable but not mandatory.
