About the role

Join a leading aviation and culinary services provider as a Meat Processing Operator working the 14:00‑22:00 shift in our Montevideo industrial plant. You will be part of a large team dedicated to producing high‑volume meat products for airline and airport catering.

Key responsibilities

• Cut and clean meat for various preparations such as milanesas and churrascos.
• Assemble and form products including hamburgers and meatballs.
• Weigh, package, and label finished items according to specifications.
• Transport goods within the plant while maintaining workflow efficiency.
• Keep the work area orderly and ensure strict hygiene and safety standards.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Commitment to follow hygiene, safety and good food‑handling practices.
• Physical stamina for standing and handling meat products for extended periods.

Required skills

• Meat cutting and cleaning techniques.
• Product assembly and portioning.
• Weighing, packaging and labeling procedures.
