Office of the CEO Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a methodical, organized analyst to support the Office of the CEO at BairesDev. The role provides visibility into cross-company processes and contributes to high-impact strategic initiatives in a fast-growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and define key processes, identify systemic issues and propose solutions.
• Lead or support the execution and implementation of process improvements.
• Identify automation and improvement opportunities within the area’s processes.
• Document processes for future reference and optimization.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in operations and process analysis.
• Strong analytical, methodical, and process-oriented approach.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Self-driven, proactive and goal-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced level of English.
