About the role

We are looking for a proactive Networker to join Be your best potential on a part‑time basis. Based in Montevideo, you will help build and maintain a professional and business contact network, supporting collaboration opportunities and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities with potential partners.
• Attend and represent the company at in‑person and online events.
• Coordinate meetings, follow up on key relationships and track agreements.
• Prepare contact summaries, keep the contact database up‑to‑date and share relevant information with the team.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent organization and time‑management to handle meetings and follow‑ups.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity to learn and result‑oriented mindset.
• Alignment with values of respect, inclusion and teamwork.

Required skills

• Experience with digital networking tools such as professional social platforms.
• Basic CRM usage.
• Videoconferencing tools.
• Intermediate level of English.
