Network Support Engineer – Second Shift

About the role

Join our global network team to provide essential support and services during North American business hours, primarily on a second shift (2 pm – 10 pm). You will collaborate across IT, business units, and external users to maintain a reliable and secure network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate with the network team, IT organization, and business community.
• Provide support and services as part of the global network team during North American business hours.
• Handle support and escalation activities via tickets, automated monitoring, and user reports.
• Work outside normal business hours when required by business needs.
• Enforce network and security standards throughout the infrastructure.
• Deliver a positive, professional user experience for internal and external users.
• Participate in a performance‑driven, open‑feedback culture.
• Think globally and work across departments and geographies, respecting diverse backgrounds.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in IT with a solid understanding of computers and computer networks.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant IT/Network certifications preferred.
• Hands‑on, results‑driven attitude with a willingness to deepen networking knowledge.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and use sound judgment to resolve complex issues.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; fluent in English.
• Willingness to work special shifts and participate in an on‑call rotation approximately every ten weeks.
