NetSuite Developer – SuiteScript Specialist

About the role

Travel Leaders Group is looking for a hands‑on NetSuite Developer to design, build, and maintain custom NetSuite solutions. The role focuses on SuiteScript development and ensures the platform supports mission‑critical business processes with high performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SuiteScript 2.x customizations (User Event, Client, Scheduled, Restlets, Map/Reduce, Suitelets).
• Configure NetSuite ERP components such as custom records, workflows, forms, saved searches, and reports.
• Implement NetSuite solutions based on functional design documents and technical specifications.
• Manage development tasks, sprints, and issue tracking using Jira.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for custom NetSuite functionality.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional stakeholders, and end‑users to refine requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities across environments.
• Support existing integrations (REST, SOAP, middleware) as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience developing and customizing NetSuite OneWorld/Financials.
• Proven ability to translate functional designs into high‑quality NetSuite solutions.
