Middle Office Analyst – Trading Operations

About the role

We are expanding our LATAM operations and are looking for a Middle Office Analyst to join our Montevideo team. You will play a key role in supporting and controlling our trading activities, collaborating closely with global Operations, Trading, Finance, Risk, and Commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliations of cash, positions, and transactions.
• Monitor trading activity and operational flows on MT4 and/or MT5 platforms.
• Analyze and resolve operational discrepancies.
• Review positions, balances, fund movements, and transaction records.
• Investigate operational incidents and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
• Support operational control processes, reporting, and exception management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Provide operational and trading support to the Middle Office team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Middle Office, Brokerage Operations, Trading Operations or Trading Support within the financial sector.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience handling large volumes of financial and transactional data.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work with multiple international teams in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
