About the role

RINECO, a leading manufacturer of modular substations and electrical panel equipment, is expanding its production line and seeks a skilled Mechanic to maintain and improve equipment on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Identify machinery and mechanisms that require replacement or major repair.
• Organise and supervise repair work performed by subcontractors, ensuring compliance with schedules and quality standards.
• Prepare and process documentation for material and spare‑part purchase requests.
• Participate in commissioning, experimental, and other technical activities related to the introduction, testing, and acceptance of new equipment.

Required profile

• Proficiency with the 1C software suite.
• Experience in managing production processes.
• Familiarity with creating defect reports, specifications, and other technical documentation.
• Understanding of equipment operating regimes and safety rules.
• Higher technical education or secondary technical education.
• Responsible, punctual, independent and able to work under stress.
