Meta Ads & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented marketing professional to lead both paid Meta Ads performance and organic social media growth for multiple brands. This fully remote position offers the chance to test, optimise, and turn insights into measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Support Meta Ads campaign setup, management, optimisation and budget pacing.
• Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities and prepare basic reports.
• Coordinate creative testing and audience experiments.
• Maintain content calendars, schedule and publish posts across social platforms.
• Organise and repost community‑generated content, assist with captions and copy.
• Engage with audiences and manage community interactions as needed.
• Keep creative assets and content libraries well‑structured.

Required profile

• Proactive and detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent written communication and ability to convey insights clearly.
• Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder communication.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Social media management experience across multiple platforms.
• Experience with content scheduling and calendar management tools.
