About the role

We are seeking experienced mentors to guide senior leaders and business units. The role focuses on delivering strategic advice, fostering team development, and translating insights into immediate actions. The mentor will act as a catalyst for change, ensuring that strategic initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

Provide mentorship and coaching to senior executives and business units.
Support strategic decision‑making with a focus on measurable results.
Lead and coordinate teams, promoting a human‑centric approach.
Listen actively to stakeholders and deliver concrete recommendations that can be implemented quickly.
Facilitate knowledge transfer across departments.
Monitor the implementation of recommendations and ensure timely execution.

Required profile

More than 20 years of experience leading companies or business units with direct responsibility for results.
At least 15 years of experience leading or coordinating teams or groups.
Humanistic leadership style with strong listening and communication abilities.
