Mechanical BIM Specialist – Revit & Navisworks (Remote LATAM)

About the role

ENG is looking for a Mechanical BIM Specialist to work on real U.S. construction projects from anywhere in LATAM. You will join a vendor‑based model, gain hands‑on experience with high‑level fabrication models, and have a clear path to a permanent staff position.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage mechanical BIM models (HVAC, ductwork, piping, plumbing) using Revit and Navisworks.
• Develop fabrication‑level LOD 400 components with tools such as Fab Parts, SysQue or Evolve.
• Produce spools, shop drawings, and field‑installation drawings for U.S. projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and clash detection.
• Maintain model standards and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Mechanical engineering background with experience in HVAC, ductwork, piping or plumbing.
• 1–2 years as a Mechanical Modeler or 3–5 years as a Mechanical BIM Specialist.
• Immediate availability and own equipment for remote work.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
