Marketing Operations Specialist

About the role

Ultimate Jet Vacations (UJV) is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to partner with the Head of Marketing. You will translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans, build scalable processes, and ensure every campaign is measurable and data‑driven.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the Head of Marketing to turn strategy into execution plans, develop briefs, launch documentation, and roadmaps.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign planning, from concept through launch readiness, maintaining calendars and cross‑functional coordination.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards, monitor KPIs, and create executive reports that highlight performance and trends.
• Define and enforce campaign tracking standards, manage UTM governance, and measure marketing attribution.
• Conduct market and competitive research, prepare executive presentations, and continuously identify efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for organizing complex processes.
• Experience turning marketing strategy into detailed execution plans.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate insights to leadership.
