Marketing Coordinator – Creative & Growth

About the role

Howard Financial is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to shape the way the firm presents itself both externally and internally. This hands‑on position is ideal for an early‑ to mid‑career professional who enjoys producing visual content, supporting paid‑media campaigns, and influencing design decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing assets for LinkedIn, the website, blog posts, one‑pagers, decks, social graphics, and email templates.
• Maintain visual brand consistency across all external‑facing materials.
• Write and edit copy for blogs, social posts, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with internal teams on UI/UX choices for internal tools and dashboards, establishing design standards for printed collateral.
• Assist in building and executing Google Ads campaigns, track performance, and suggest creative or copy iterations.
• Support ad‑hoc marketing projects and stay current on design trends and best practices.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience in a creative, graphic design, or marketing role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design capabilities.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, resource‑lean startup environment.
• Excellent written communication and a self‑starter attitude.
