Marketing Coordination Manager

About the role

We are looking for a driven Marketing Coordination Manager to lead our client’s marketing function. This fully on‑site position offers the chance to shape strategy, manage projects and mentor a high‑performing team within a fast‑paced, internationally recognised multi‑asset brokerage.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement marketing strategies that support overall business objectives.
• Lead and deliver comprehensive marketing projects, including digital campaigns, product launches, events and strategic partnerships.
• Build, mentor and manage a marketing team while coordinating internal staff and external partners.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress and adjust timelines as needed.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks early, creating solutions and contingency plans.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Utilise project‑management tools such as Jira to streamline workflows and track performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of proven experience in marketing project management and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership experience with a track record of motivating teams.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
