Marketing Account Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Account Specialist supports a team of Account Managers and senior leadership in executing Preferred Supplier marketing plans, handling both B2B and B2C tactics to boost supplier revenue, exposure, and education.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Managers and suppliers to execute marketing plan activities and develop creative materials.
• Attend partner meetings, support Account Managers during absences, and handle agency/member inquiries.
• Route B2B marketing projects through the internal creative pipeline and schedule advisor training.
• Assist with communication to internal teams and members, including extranet updates and training calls.
• Perform regular analysis of performance metrics, manage weekly B2B email content, and handle budget and invoicing tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Tourism, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3+ years of post‑college marketing experience.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
