Maestro Cervecero – Operario de elaboración de cerveza

About the role

We are looking for a motivated operative to support our Brewmaster in the full beer‑making process. You will work hands‑on across all production stages, ensuring quality and safety while contributing to a vibrant brewing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in milling, mashing, boiling, whirlpool, fermentation, maturation and transfers as required.
• Perform cleaning and sanitisation of equipment, tanks and production areas.
• Monitor and record process parameters to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
• Assist in the maintenance and proper functioning of production equipment.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet established objectives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in craft or industrial beer production.
• Basic knowledge of the beer‑brewing process.
• Availability for physical, operational tasks.
• Responsibility, commitment and attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented attitude and ability to follow established procedures.
• Verifiable work references.
