About the role
Sirius Fintech is seeking a full‑time Logistics Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day supply chain operations in Montevideo. The role focuses on optimizing logistics, handling export documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of services and goods for our investment‑technology clients.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and improve daily supply chain processes, from order receipt to final delivery.
- Prepare, verify, and manage export documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to provide high‑quality customer service.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational challenges to maintain efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and performance metrics.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and multitasking capability.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with the fintech or investment‑management sector is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in supply chain management and export processes.
- Experience with logistics software and related technology tools.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and resolve issues quickly.
