Logistics Coordinator – Remote US Freight Brokerage

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to join a fast‑growing US‑based box‑truck freight brokerage. This full‑time remote position will own the end‑to‑end operational flow of loads, from tender to final delivery, ensuring shipments move smoothly across major metropolitan hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Track and monitor active freight shipments in real time to guarantee on‑time pickups and deliveries across US time zones.
• Generate, verify, and audit essential freight documents such as Rate Confirmations, Bills of Lading (BOLs) and Proof of Deliveries (PODs).
• Maintain up‑to‑date load statuses, driver details and tracking notes within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Communicate proactively with drivers, dispatchers and carriers about schedule updates, appointment times and site access instructions.
• Identify and resolve operational issues instantly, including transit delays, weight/pallet discrepancies or missed appointments.
• Support billing and accounting by ensuring all completed loads have valid PODs and signed Rate Confirmations before carrier payment processing.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in US freight operations, dispatch or 3PL brokerage execution.
• Strong familiarity with US transportation documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
