LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to design, launch, and optimise outbound campaigns for a fast‑growing AI startup. This full‑time contractor position is 100% remote and offers long‑term engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Learn each client’s product, market, positioning and sales process.
• Identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs), buyer segments, triggers and campaign angles.
• Build highly targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other data sources.
• Craft connection requests, opening messages, follow‑ups and variations that generate genuine responses.
• Launch and monitor LinkedIn outbound campaigns, tracking acceptance, reply, meeting and lead‑quality rates.
• Analyse performance data, run structured tests, and adjust audiences, offers, messaging and CTAs.
• Document tests, results and learnings; turn successful campaigns into repeatable playbooks.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and optimising successful B2B outbound campaigns.
• Strong expertise in ICP research, segmentation, targeting and outbound copywriting.
• Deep hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Ability to quickly assess who will buy, what signals indicate urgency, and how to personalise outreach without sounding automated.
