About the role

We are looking for a Processing Leader to oversee the production of fruits, vegetables and meat products at our Libertad facility. The role involves coordinating a team of operators, ensuring daily targets are met and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and guide a crew of processing operators.
Plan and monitor production schedules to meet demand.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality protocols.
Coordinate with logistics and supply teams to guarantee material availability.
Identify and implement process improvements.

Required profile

Full‑time availability, including weekends.
Ability to travel to and work at the Libertad location.
Strong leadership and team‑orientation.
