About the role
The Architecture Offer Leader will be responsible for creating and managing residential architecture proposals. This role bridges developers and market insights to deliver technically sound and commercially viable offers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of residential architecture offers.
- Maintain strong relationships with developers and stay informed about market trends.
- Develop and execute budgeting strategies for each project.
- Produce technical and commercial proposals that meet client requirements and reflect real costs.
- Sign off offers together with the Head of Offer Strategy.
Required profile
- Civil Engineer or Architect degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions or in residential architecture projects.
- Proven experience in cost estimation for civil works.
- Solid knowledge of the housing construction market and real‑estate development.
