Legal Officer – Corporate Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Officer to join our Corporate Solutions team within Citco’s Global Subsidiary Governance Services. The role will support multinational and private clients by providing back‑office legal and administrative services for corporate entities throughout their life cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client companies, acting as the primary back‑office contact and assisting the Senior Account Manager with day‑to‑day supervision.
• Prepare and file incorporation documents, amendments to articles of incorporation, powers of attorney, corporate resolutions and other legal paperwork.
• Generate ad‑hoc, monthly and annual invoices for services rendered.
• Ensure each entity remains compliant with current regulations and maintain up‑to‑date due‑diligence records.
• Support legal and accounting matters across the portfolio, including incorporation and ongoing corporate governance.
• Assist with marketing activities targeting tax advisors and law firms.
• Provide timely updates to the Senior Account Manager on issues and potential risks.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and internal quality.

Required profile

• Legal background with experience in corporate, fiduciary or compliance services.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Client‑focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior team members.
