Lead Product Data Analyst

About the role

LawnStarter is the nation’s leading on‑demand marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services. As a Lead Product Data Analyst you will provide analytical firepower for the supply side of the marketplace, turning hunches into data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Model and analyze complex marketplace data using advanced SQL and Python or R, including A/B tests and multivariate models.
• Design, build, and maintain trusted dashboards and reporting systems, ensuring metrics are accurate, current, and actionable.
• Engineer clean, documented datasets in the data warehouse using dbt, supporting self‑serve reporting and downstream analysis.

Required profile

• AI‑native analyst who leverages tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot daily to accelerate SQL, dbt, and reporting work.
• Learning mindset that digs deep into problems before proposing solutions and raises the analytical bar for peers.
• Team player who partners with product managers and stakeholders to turn insights into business decisions.

What we offer

• Base salary $75,000‑$100,000 USD annually
