Lead Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to own end‑to‑end technical delivery for a key product/module. The role is hands‑on, with a strong focus on backend development while also contributing to frontend, cloud, data, testing and AI‑enabled engineering workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across backend, frontend, cloud, data, testing and deployment.
• Own backend architecture and development using Python and Flask, including API design and code reviews.
• Guide the team on clean architecture, service‑layer patterns and data‑access separation.
• Contribute to frontend development with React and TypeScript.
• Manage cloud integrations and deployments on Google Cloud Platform.
• Work with databases such as Google Spanner, SQL and BigQuery for analytics.
• Establish testing practices and support CI/CD pipelines, releases and production troubleshooting.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with strong full‑stack expertise.
• Proven experience in Python (Flask) and designing RESTful APIs.
• Solid hands‑on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience building and operating cloud‑native applications on GCP.
• Strong SQL and data‑modeling skills, preferably with Google Spanner and BigQuery.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git and CI/CD workflows.
