Kitchen Leader – Culinary Operations

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Leader to head the operations of our dining facilities. You will ensure food safety compliance, drive quality improvements, and lead a multicultural team in a fast‑paced airport and airline catering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, guaranteeing adherence to food safety standards.
• Implement and monitor Lean Manufacturing processes to optimise efficiency.
• Innovate menu items, improve taste profiles, and maintain high quality standards.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a skilled, cohesive kitchen team.
• Foster a positive work climate and ensure harmonious labor relations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar kitchen leadership role.
• Formal training in Gastronomy (preferred).
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate teams.
