About the role
PwC is looking for a motivated junior professional to join its Transaction Services team in Montevideo. This part‑time, hybrid internship offers hands‑on exposure to financial due diligence and M&A documentation while supporting senior advisors.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior team members in gathering, organizing, and analysing project information.
- Provide support for financial due diligence activities.
- Help prepare M&A materials such as teasers and investor presentations.
- Contribute to the accurate management and protection of information and data.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a Public Accounting or Finance degree program.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Strong accounting knowledge.
- No prior work experience required.
