Junior - Precios de Transferencia

About the role

We are looking for a Junior professional to join our Transfer Pricing team at PwC Uruguay. In this role you will support clients in designing tax‑efficient structures and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support on transfer pricing projects, including documentation preparation and delivery.
• Analyze client industries and conduct business studies to understand operations.
• Perform searches for comparable companies and benchmark analyses.
• Assist in dispute resolution and advance pricing agreement processes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Data Science.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting from our Punta Carretas office in Montevideo.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) principles.
• Experience with business tax and corporate structuring.
• Financial modeling and financial statement analysis.
• Understanding of international taxation and legal document review.
• Basic information security and data protection awareness.
