About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Leader to professionalize and scale a fast‑growing sports club with more than 1,500 members. The role combines strategic planning, commercial management and day‑to‑day operational oversight, reporting directly to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial, technical, administrative and facilities teams.
• Design, document and implement processes and protocols across all business units.
• Translate strategic objectives into concrete action plans, set priorities, assign owners and define KPIs.
• Define and monitor commercial, operational and financial KPIs.
• Drive B2C and B2B acquisition, conversion and retention strategies.
• Oversee daily administrative and financial operations ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Implement and optimise digital systems (CRM, ERP, dashboards) and AI‑driven automations.
• Maintain quality standards and member experience.

Required profile

• Complete tertiary education in Administration, Sports Management, HR or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years leading operations in high‑tempo service companies, preferably SMEs or expanding organisations.
• Proven experience developing commercial strategies and managing B2C and B2B sales cycles.
• Strong knowledge of administrative and financial management (budgeting, reporting, invoicing, control).
• Data‑driven decision making with solid metric orientation.
• High autonomy, decisive mindset and execution focus.
