Jefe de Ventas – Tienda Maldonado

About the role

The Store Maldonado is looking for a Sales Manager to lead its sales department. You will drive revenue, ensure an excellent customer experience (NPS), and foster a high‑performance, positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team, promoting a customer‑centric culture.
• Analyze and monitor KPIs such as sales, margin, and units to identify growth opportunities.
• Set individual and team sales targets and ensure their achievement.
• Evaluate team performance regularly using key indicators.
• Collaborate with Commercial Management on planning and executing commercial initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee inventory management and product availability in the store.
• Resolve day‑to‑day operational and commercial issues.

Required profile

• Completed high school diploma (mandatory); commercial‑related tertiary studies are a plus.
• At least 2 years of sales experience and 1 year in a leadership or similar role.
• Proven satisfactory performance record (EDD satisfactory or higher).
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for KPI analysis.
• Experience managing commercial KPIs, planning objectives, and tracking results.
• Strong ability to lead, develop, and motivate high‑performing teams.
• Customer‑focused mindset, negotiation skills, and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Proactive decision‑maker with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Willingness to adapt to operational needs of the business.
