About the role

The company is seeking a Store Sales Manager for its Maldonado location. The role involves leading the entire sales department, driving revenue, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and fostering a high‑performance work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team, promoting a positive, service‑focused culture.
• Analyze and monitor KPIs such as sales, margin, and units to identify growth opportunities.
• Set individual and group sales targets and ensure their achievement.
• Evaluate team performance regularly using key indicators.
• Collaborate with Commercial Management on planning and executing commercial initiatives.
• Maintain close relationships with key customers to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee inventory management and product availability in the store.
• Resolve day‑to‑day operational and commercial issues.

Required profile

• Completed high school diploma (mandatory); tertiary studies in a commercial field are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience and at least 1 year in a leadership or similar role.
• Proven record of satisfactory performance.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for KPI analysis.
• Experience in managing commercial KPIs, setting objectives, and tracking results.
• Strong ability to lead, develop, and motivate high‑performing teams.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proactive decision‑maker with problem‑solving capabilities.
