IT Recruiter & People Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a talented IT Recruiter & People Operations Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for IT positions and support core HR functions. You will play a pivotal role in attracting top technical talent while ensuring smooth HR operations across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and craft recruitment strategies.
• Post openings on job boards, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules, provide candidate feedback, and negotiate offers.
• Oversee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and stay current on recruitment and HR best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or HR professional.
• Strong knowledge of the IT industry and technical skill sets.
• Experience in full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Proficiency with recruitment and HR software/tools.
