Internship for Economics Students

About the role

PwC is looking for university students studying Economics to join its team in Montevideo on a part‑time, hybrid basis. The position offers exposure to audit, consulting and tax services, allowing you to start building a professional career while continuing your studies.

Key responsibilities

• Support audit, consulting or tax projects under the guidance of senior staff.
• Assist in data collection, analysis and preparation of client deliverables.
• Participate in research and problem‑solving activities for real‑world business challenges.
• Interact with clients and internal teams to gather information and provide updates.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Economics or a related field.
• Strong interest in audit, consulting or tax services.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage part‑time hours alongside studies.
• Good communication skills in Spanish and English.
