Integration Engineer – Customer Data Platform (CDP)

About the role

Blend360 is seeking an Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain solutions that connect diverse data sources and platforms. The role focuses on creating reliable data flows, integrating systems through APIs, and supporting customer data initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between systems and platforms using APIs and other integration technologies.
• Build and support data pipelines that enable movement and availability of customer data across platforms.
• Work with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to support data management and activation initiatives.
• Implement solutions for data matching, identity resolution, and management of customer identifiers.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across integrated platforms.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and identify opportunities to improve existing processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support secure handling of customer data, including encrypted or hashed identifiers.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and maintaining production API integrations (REST, authentication, rate limits, retries, error handling).
• Strong Python and SQL skills with hands‑on experience on cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
• Ability to design reusable and scalable integration solutions and work independently.
