Ingeniero/a Mecánico/a, de Producción, Químico/a o afines

About the role

We are looking for a motivated engineering student or recent graduate to join a leading industrial company. The role focuses on analyzing, optimizing, and continuously improving production processes to drive productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and plan compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse production data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support projects aimed at increasing productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing quality.
• Monitor operational indicators and follow up on improvement initiatives.
• Assist in problem‑solving activities and ensure technical documentation is up to date.
• Participate in safety, environmental, and development programs.

Required profile

• Advanced student or recent graduate in Mechanical, Production, Chemical Engineering or related fields.
• Experience or familiarity with industrial environments.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Team player able to interact with multiple departments.
• Result‑oriented, proactive and adaptable.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or Inventor.
