About the role

We are seeking a Junior Engineer to provide operational support, manage project information, and drive continuous improvement across construction works. The role involves close collaboration with project teams to ensure timely execution and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and management support to operations, tracking costs, assisting in budget preparation, and performing numerical analyses.
• Monitor construction progress, ensuring deadlines and associated tasks are met.
• Update, control, and maintain information in management systems, keeping technical, regulatory, and administrative documentation organized and traceable.
• Standardize reports and work processes, identify improvement opportunities, and promote automation and digitalization initiatives.
• Track certifications, project advances, and deviations, producing management reports and performance indicators to aid decision‑making.

Required profile

• Graduated in Mechanical Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture.
• More than 2 years of experience in technical, industrial, or operational engineering roles.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with data‑analysis tools for information management and reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP (highly valued).
