Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, relationship‑driven Influencer Marketing Manager to design and execute influencer campaigns for global brands. You will lead the full lifecycle of creator partnerships, from strategy and recruitment to contract negotiation, execution, and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Define campaign goals, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs, and emerging platforms.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with agencies, talent representatives, and creator networks.
• Oversee campaign execution, monitor performance, and provide data‑driven insights for continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maximize campaign impact and brand awareness.

Required profile

• Highly organized with strong project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2 level).
• Proven ability to build and sustain long‑term creator relationships.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international digital environment.
