Inbound Sales Representative (Level 1) - Base + Commission

About the role

Auric is looking for an Inside Sales Representative (New Accounts Advisor) to help grow its customer base and revenue. The role involves turning inbound leads into new clients, finding new opportunities through web and phone outreach, and working with channel partners. U.S. expats are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Convert a stream of inbound leads into new clients
• Find new sales opportunities through web and phone hunting, former clients and referrals via outbound cold calls and emails
• Maintain and expand the prospect database in the CRM
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Assign qualified opportunities to senior sales executives for further development and closure
• Closing sales

Required profile

• 2 years or more of experience as a sales representative or associate
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong spoken and written English
• 50 Mbps internet connection for a VOIP line, a PC with a noise-cancelling microphone headset
• Familiarity with Zoom, HubSpot CRM and Google Office Suite
• Strong research skills, able to multitask and a good team player
