Implementation & Systems Consultant (Remote)

About the role

You will transform client operations into scalable, automated systems, managing the relationship from discovery to delivery. The role focuses on architecture, configuration, and client success using low-code platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and create technical specifications.
• Design data models, relational schemas, automated workflows, and client‑facing interfaces that scale from tens to hundreds of thousands of records.
• Configure solutions directly in platforms such as Airtable, Make/Zapier, and related tools.
• Own project delivery, including scope, milestones, status reporting, and coordination with internal engineers.
• Audit and optimize existing client architectures for performance and scalability.

Required profile

• Proven track record building systems on relational or low‑code platforms (Airtable, Notion, Retool, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier/Make, etc.).
• Strong understanding of relational database principles and schema design.
• Experience managing client meetings, project scope, and multiple simultaneous projects.
• Self‑motivated ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes.
• Based in the US, Canada, or Latin America with C1+ English and availability during US business hours.
