Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist supports daily HR operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate employee records, and efficient administrative processes. The role contributes to a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate background checks, draft employment contracts and hybrid work agreements, and manage documentation collection.
• Execute onboarding activities such as creating biometric profiles, assigning access tags, distributing new‑hire kits, and conducting office tours.
• Prepare and send communications for new‑hire announcements, birthdays and work anniversaries.
• Manage the HR mailbox, forward inquiries, and keep electronic employee files up‑to‑date.
• Maintain job descriptions, track revisions, and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Update HR tools and systems with employee data, upload payroll information, and monitor Work‑From‑Office attendance.
• Ensure all employee documentation is filed correctly in organized e‑folders in line with company policies and legal standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to confidentiality and integrity.

Required skills

• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and payroll platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
