HR Specialist

About the role

HELI, a leading global forklift manufacturer, is seeking an HR Specialist to manage end‑to‑end human resources processes. The role supports the company’s growth by ensuring efficient recruitment, payroll, labor relations, training, and employee engagement within an on‑site, full‑time environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment, from talent acquisition planning and CV screening to interview coordination, offer management and onboarding follow‑up.
• Administer payroll and benefits, guaranteeing accurate, timely salary payments and continuous improvement of employee benefits.
• Handle labor‑relation processes including onboarding, probation, promotions, transfers, terminations and maintain up‑to‑date employee records.
• Design, deliver and refine training programs covering technical and soft‑skill development, collect feedback and optimise initiatives.
• Support managers in performance evaluation cycles and address workplace issues to prevent labor conflicts.
• Organise team‑building activities that reinforce a strong organisational culture.
• Act as liaison with external HR vendors and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in medium or large organisations; international exposure is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Ability to work under pressure with high execution standards.
