Growth Engineer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Growth Engineer to join its fully remote marketing team. You will design, build, and iterate on growth systems that drive lead acquisition, de‑anonymization, and personalized outreach, using data‑driven experiments to scale impact.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with and ship growth loops quickly, moving ideas to production.
• Test and optimize inbound funnels to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Prototype and scale website de‑anonymization techniques to convert anonymous traffic into pipeline.
• Run personalized outbound experiments targeting hard‑to‑reach SMB markets.
• Collaborate closely with growth, marketing operations, and engineering teammates.

Required profile

• Background that blends coding ability with business and marketing fundamentals.
• Strong interest or experience using Generative AI to scale growth experiments.
• Preference for rapid prototyping over lengthy planning cycles.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
