Graphic Designer & AI Creative Specialist (Remote, Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer who also excels at leveraging AI tools to boost visual production. The role is fully remote for candidates in LATAM and involves working 40 hours per week on CEST business hours, collaborating in real time with a dynamic creative agency.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, newsletters, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral.
• Develop brand‑consistent layouts and visual concepts from brief to final production using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Integrate AI platforms (e.g., GPT, Nano Banana, Magnific, Midjourney) to generate, refine, and optimize images and layouts.
• Create AI‑assisted content for campaigns, ensuring prompt engineering and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain consistency, attention to detail, and adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of digital and print work.
• Comfortable working full‑time on CEST schedule and communicating in real time with a distributed team.
• Passion for experimenting with AI tools to accelerate creative processes.
