Graduate Software Engineer – LATAM Early Careers

About the role

We are looking for recent graduates to join RRS Group’s Early Careers program as Graduate Software Engineers across Latin America. The role offers the chance to work on real production systems while learning modern software development practices in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions supporting RRS’s real‑estate services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver features that enhance performance, value and sustainability.
• Apply modern development tools and methodologies under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Alignment with RRS core values: integrity, caring, integration and innovation.
• Strong motivation to start a career in software engineering within a real‑estate context.
