Global Product Director – New Product Launches

About the role

Knight Therapeutics is seeking a senior leader to drive the commercialization and launch of its pipeline assets across the Americas. The Global Product Director (or Associate Director) will shape global brand and launch strategies, ensuring alignment with regional teams and maximizing product value throughout the lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Global Brand Plans and Launch Readiness Plans, defining critical success factors and ensuring organizational readiness.
• Coordinate cross‑functional launch teams across multiple geographies to accelerate time‑to‑market and achieve peak sales targets.
• Partner with country teams to adapt global strategies for medical, commercial, and market‑access functions.
• Maintain and update business cases for pipeline assets, integrating market insights and forecasts.
• Drive portfolio management, aligning timelines, resources, and cost estimates across functions.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, Medical, and Alliance Management to ensure forecast accuracy and partner alignment.
• Support lifecycle‑management initiatives to enhance long‑term asset performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, sales, and new‑product launches.
• Product‑management background in primary care and/or specialty care.
• Multi‑country launch experience in LATAM, Brazil, or Canada (preferred).
• Strong project‑management and cross‑functional leadership abilities.
• Proven expertise in forecasting, business‑case development, and data‑driven decision‑making.
