Global Delivery Center Analyst

About the role

The Global Delivery Center (GDC) supports international employee‑benefits operations. As an Analyst in the Integrated and Global Solutions team, you will create and maintain benchmarking reports that give insight into benefits offered by our clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Populate multi‑country benchmarking reports using company data, market practice and statutory information.
• Elaborate and analyse multinational pooling results and renewal conditions.
• Assist with global or regional benefits financial and plan reporting.
• Provide internal project‑management support to consultants.

Required profile

• Entry‑level project‑management and business knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail, critical problem‑solving and teamwork attitude.
• Client interaction skills; background in global benefits administration is a plus.
• University or technical studies in Administration, Economics, International Studies or similar.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent data‑manipulation abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English (tested).
