About the role

We are a leading construction and industrial assembly company seeking a passionate Project Manager to lead medium to large‑scale works. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise construction activities for assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality, schedule and budget objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to their size and complexity.
• Administer human and material resources, collaborating with site managers, engineers, architects, technicians, administrators and subcontractors.
• Maintain excellent client relations and guarantee satisfaction.
• Oversee projects in Montevideo, nearby areas and other regions of Uruguay.
• Train and support the project team.

Required profile

• University degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 5–7 years of experience managing medium or large construction projects.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle administrative processes linked to project management.
• Proactive, dynamic, with effective communication and a focus on efficient project delivery.
• Willingness to travel within the country.
